1. Delivery Inside Nairobi

For our customers within Nairobi and its immediate environs, we offer rapid, direct delivery to your home or office.

• Nairobi CBD & Close Environs:
  • Timeline: Same-day delivery for all orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following morning.
  • Cost: Flat rate of KES 300 (or Free for orders above KES 10,000).
  • Delivery Partners: Handled via trusted local riders and on-demand courier services.
• Nairobi Outskirts (e.g., Rongai, Kikuyu, Ruiru, Ngong):
  • Timeline: Within 24 hours.
  • Cost: KES 400 - KES 500 depending on the exact location.

2. Upcountry Shipping (Outside Nairobi)

We ship safely to all major towns and counties across Kenya (including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nanyuki, etc.).

• Timeline: 1 to 2 business days.
• Cost: Flat rate of KES 500.
• Our Shipping Partners: We use secure parcel services like Wells Fargo, G4S, or trusted regional shuttle couriers to ensure your package is signed for and safe.
• Collection: Depending on the service selected at checkout, your watch will either be delivered straight to your doorstep (Wells Fargo/G4S) or held securely at the courier's local office for your collection.

3. Order Tracking & Communications

• Order Confirmation: The moment you place an order on our WooCommerce store, you will receive an automated email confirming your purchase.
• Dispatch Notification: Once your timepiece leaves our shop, we will update your order status to "Completed" and send you a WhatsApp message or SMS with the courier tracking number or the delivery rider's contact details.

4. Delivery Safety & Insurance

Every single watch dispatched from Terry Watches is carefully inspected, securely packaged in its original box, and wrapped in protective cushioning.

📦 Important Note on Delivery Safety: All upcountry shipments are fully tracked. We highly recommend inspecting the outer packaging before signing for the delivery. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please alert the courier immediately and contact our customer service.

5. Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

Want to skip the delivery fee and try on your watch immediately? We offer free in-store pickup.

• How it works: Select "Store Pickup" at checkout.
• Timeline: Your order will be ready for collection within 2 hours of placement. We will send you a text notification when it's ready.
• What to bring: Please bring your order confirmation email (on your phone) and a valid ID.
